Have you ever reached one of your goals in your life? Do you feel the satisfaction of achieving this goal? The joy and the fulfillment that it gives you? If you have, I’m sure it was pretty amazing.  I love that feeling and I bet you do too. But unfortunately reaching a goal is not such a simple task, and actually, it’s not that easy.

What is your why?

            When you don’t have the right goal, the right plan, or the right attitude. reaching a goal can become a complete nightmare. Because it can be really hard, tiring, overwhelming, demotivating and it can even make you quit because you are losing faith in yourself. And that’s why this week, I’m going to give you five tips to stay on track to your goals and get the life that you want. 

            To start, I would like you to take a break for just one minute. Settle down, grab a piece of paper and write down what is your number one goal. And then I want you to write why are you setting this goal.  If it takes you more than 5 seconds to have in your mind the reason why you’re persuing this, there’s your first issue: you don’t know exactly why you want what you want. What is this goal going to bring in your life? Is it going to help you with something that you want to do for a long time? Do you really want to make it happen? Because if the idea of reaching this objective makes you feel sad or unhappy, my dear friend,  the goal you have established is not the right one for you.

            Once you have achievied a goal,  you need to vibrate, you need to be happy, you need to be really motivated to make it happen. Because you know that is going to change your life. So if you don’t know what is your goal and what is your why,  you can start with this example and apply it to a small goal that you have.
